Summer of suck.

So, this summer has been a black hole of shit in which my life has been sucked in.

At the end of June, I discovered that despite the fact that I had taken several negative tests, I was actually pregnant and not just late. I spent the first half of July being sick as a dog.

Then, in mid-July, my ultrasound showed that the baby had died. They gave me the personally revolting option of waiting around to expel it, or to have a d&c----which I elected. So having the surgery and recovering from that has basically taken the second half of July... what a damn summer.

I've gotten nothing done as far as hobbies, writing, stuff around the house, between being sick and then being sick & pretty depressed. I'm ready to just consider it a loss and have school start and get back on some kind of schedule.

Thanks... it's really not what I thought I'd be doing this summer, but I'll be okay.
