I think there should be some kind of Scarlet Letter thing: a big red "T" for twat that would be superimposed on someone's icon for a certain amount of time. OR MAYBE 4 LIFE if their twattery was of extreme twattiness.
In my (totally important) opinion, that whole NaNoWrWank was depressing. The only thing that redeemed it for me was Senator Fuckface. Watching someone froth at the virtual mouth while people throw teal deer at him isn't my idea of funny, especially when all the commenters are teal deer too.
Also, this icon makes me want to kill someone. I've never had the desire to see a cat try to mate with the head of a dwarf, in animated gif style. The only way to redeem the icon would be for the cat to suddenly eat the dwarf's head. I wish my graphic design skills were better, because I'd totally do it... it's not like I'm a thousand words behind on my word count or nothing like that.
